At The Sacred Dragon Collection, each item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Minor variations in color or printing due to screen differences

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
